I have one and don't regret it. I want to get another one. I was going to get one on my ankle this summer but my plans changed and I had to cancel the appointment.

I have a couple & don't regret either (even the misspelled one!). I have one very discreet and another on my wrist (about the size of a playing card) that I describe as being unapologeticlly placed. There's no hiding it, even with long sleeves or a bracelet, it is usually visible. Occasionally I wish I stuck with my original plan to have a small one in each wrist instead of one larger one, but it's there & I love it. It's a huge commitment, I thought long and hard about what & where and they won't be my last

I have a bunch and I hate them all. Everyone says they love them....its just not me anymore. They were great for a certain period of my life but my tastes/priorities/style has changed drastically. I want to get them all removed but dang is it expensive! Then again I'm hoping DD will see them and want to be nothing like her mom so she will avoid them all together

I've always dreamt of having a full sleeve tattoo, but my religion is very anti tattoos. and DH has (jokingly, I hope ;)) said that he may divorce me if I get one
I say do it if you've been thinking about it this long!

I have 2 - one I hate and one I'm indifferent to. I wish I'd have listened to my parents...
My DH has a lot - and a full sleeve/shoulder/back piece which I love! So sexy! But he says he regrets them now too...Edit - I got a pendant with DS's initial for my bday so I would have something of him with me when we're apart. I just couldn't commit to another tattoo I might not like in 5 years.

I'd say if it's something that's been on your mind for a long time, do it!
I have 3 and will prob. get more. My first I got matching w/ my mom when I was 24 I think, then a few years later, got something to symbolize my dad. This past Dec., DH and I got these tattoos. We had planned for it, and talked about it for a while. I love them. If/when we have LO's DH will add "charms" to the chain on his.
ETA: I definitely do NOT regret any of them! IMO, you just have to make sure you're doing it for the right reasons and that they mean something to you. In my experience, you kinda have to marinate on it for a while, and really be sure, obviously!

I have three. I love two of them, and one I wouldn't say I regret, but I don't really care for the design anymore. That being said, it's the least visible of the three, so it doesn't bother me too much. I will probably end up with more when it's all said and done. I do want to get the one I don't like altered in some way so I like it more...

I have one that I got shortly after my 18th birthday. I don't regret having a tatoo but I do wish I had thought it through and chosen something smaller. It's pretty big and on my lower back. Thankfully, it isn't visable unless I'm wearing a bikini so I usually forget it's even there.
