I was reading about the reasons for beig team green and it finally hit me that I don't really need or want to know the gender. I don't want to put too much gender expectations on the child, and I do want that surprise at birth. (i know those seem contradictory. Its not so much about the gender itself but that special moment for just the three of us!) BUT it just seems like it would be so much harder to prepare "stuff" wise.
So mamas who have gone team green, we're you happy with your decision? Was it worth it? Or was it a hassle? Did others have reactions to it?
Eta I forgot to also ask: was it more difficult to bond with your baby before birth not knowing?
it was literally the BEST surprise in my life thus far. Actually, I'm not sure anything else can top it! Everyone kept telling me I was having a boy, but she was a girl
pink! i can't believe you guys went team green for rj! we're definitely going to find out the gender when we have #2. maybe i'll go green for #3 if we have a 3rd!
