I think I do save them till the end, but then eat them, as toast if they're really thin or as a sandwich if they're normal thickness.

I pick them out and eat them first, they're my favourite part of the loaf!

I throw them in the freezer and then I make them into croutons when I have enough.

I eat them because they're bread and I love bread! I hope my LO doesn't grow up to be a crust or end piece hater, haha.

I usually keep them on the bread until the loaf is done to keep the center fresher. Then, I toss them, unless I'm desperate.
