yay! I want to but story hour is always during the week.

We go at least twice a week, usually every couple of days. Love the library and it's right across the street!

Love the library!! We go every two weeks to check out new books. LO loves to play and look for Thomas books. I browse and select about 10 to borrow and bring home.

Yep! I try to make it once a week, and tomorrow I'm signing up for storytime

We love the library! They have storytime on Wednesdays and we sometimes go to that, or we just go to play and pick out new books.

We go weekly. I'm lucky that our library has Saturday baby story times. Also lucky that another library in our area lets patrons check out toys and puzzles.

We LOVE the library. When we moved across the country last fall, and were staying in a stodgy condo in the middle of the worst place ever, the library was our little slice of heaven!
And my older gal's class even went to the public library today to get everyone signed up for their own library cards and check out a book. So sweet.

I have taken him and he doesn't sit and read the books. We read a ton at home but at the library he would rather watch all the other kids, take the books off the shelves, climb on the chairs and table, take artwork off the walls etc... We are better off borrowing books from the library and reading at home. He is only 18 months though so I hope soon enough he will enjoy it.

@banana: I always wind up with over due books too, I just look at it as supplementing their measly budget .

@Mrs. Jacks: Awesome that there is storytime in another language! We attend the Cantonese language one in addition to the normal English language one.

Yes!! We love the library and go often (it's a 5 minute walk from my house too). We go to story time every now and then - it was great during the 2.5-3 age when he wasn't in preschool too!

We went weekly when it was really hot over the summer. LO is still little and likes to run around but it was a good way to blow off steam and she enjoyed picking out some books and reading them when we got home.

@banana: my library emails me to remind me the books are due. is that something you can set up on your account? it is the only way i avoid late books, and you can renew them online if you can't make it over there...
