So at 32 weeks I have low lying placenta previa. I noticed a light brown discharge that doesn't seem to go away. Is there anybody who has had placenta previa that has experienced this type of symptom? I'm just wondering what it could be?

Have you had sex recently? That can cause some spotting with a low lying placenta. I did have one and had some pink spotting. My midwife sent me for an u/s just to be safe, and I put myelf on pelvic rest for my own peace of mind!
TMI but I also had spotting that scared me but turned out to be hemorrhoids haha. So that's a possibility too!!

I had placenta previa (but it went away by 20 weeks) and I spotted throughout my whole pregnancy. But I do think that any bleeding warrants a call to your doc just to check in.

I'd call. I had a low placenta at 18 weeks (although it moved up before the next ultrasound), and my doc said if I had ANY spotting at all, even brown and even minor, to let her know.

Hi - I had a full previa my last pregnancy and I would call just to be safe. I'm sure you're fine but my doctor would have wanted to know.

Thanks for your responses. I went in to be checked out but the dr they couldn't figure out what's causing the discharge. They just said to continue to monitor it.
