Today sucks. DH is gone for 10+ hours, our play date got cancelled, DS is seriously testing my patience and broke our monitor and DD won't let me put her down to sleep. And I am exhausted from this whole newborn sleep thing. I am probably overreacting and hormonal but this just sucks.
Sorry for my pity party but I know you guys have all been there too and would understand.

Sounds like a rough day.. Hopefully your newborn will take a longer than usual nap once she finally goes down. It's also Friday so hopefully you'll have more help soon!

Sorry - hope the day gets better! Our plans were ruined today w/a freak snow storm so now we're having some cabin fever and M decided to only nap for 30 min! I get it

Hang in there. The weekend will put us all in better spirits. I'm still figuring out my way around taking care of a toddler and infant. My baby likes to wake up every hour in the middle of the night. Not fun.
