I had a glorious nap today, to recover from Charlie's weekend naughtiness! However now I can't sleep... so I'm paying the piper.
I can usually sleep just fine after a nap! But not if I didn't sleep much the night before... then my body thinks I'm actually sleeping or something. So now I can't sleep... tomorrow will be brutal!
