What toys do your 18-24 month old boys love?

We already have lots of pretend play stuff (kitchen and baby), magnatiles, duplos, and books.

I've realized DS doesn't have many trains, cars, etc.. Just one dump truck. Are there any particular brands of these you like?

Little People (zoo, farm, castle) sets aren't too popular in our house (Idk why??)

I'm interested in this also! My LO loves those Sleich (sp) animal toys as well as general cars/trains/trucks but I'm looking at getting him
a decent size one...but unsure which one/brand etc.

I love Brio train set pieces. Also bruder trucks--super realistic and awesome. Green Toys stuff is great for use indoors and outside.

Bennett (23 months) lives the V-Tech train set and fire station set. He doesn't spend so much time with the Little People farm but he really likes the animals. He's really drawn to the CAT toys but I think that's because he just loves trucks.

Is he into balls? My son (19 months) is obsessed with them. I ordered a set of Little Tikes balls - football, soccer ball, and basketball. I think he'll be pretty excited. He also loves stickers (especially of animals) and a couple Thomas trains that you pull back and they go on their own.

we got DS an imaginarium train table for his 2nd birthday. he LOVES it. he also has some thomas trains that are compatible with his train table.
my son loves firetrucks, construction vehicles, regular hot wheels cars..pretty much anything with wheels.
