Im thinking ahead to Christmas for my kiddos. As usual I have tons of ideas for my son who is 4 since everything is always new for him but its harder with my DD who will be 18 months in Dec. We have so many hand me down toys (play kitchen, Zany Zoo, etc) its hard to find something for her that we dont have. I am always looking at baby toys but nothing new seems to come out that we dont already have. Suggestions? What toys have you been buying and your LO has been loving?

What about stuff for the spring and save it? 3 in 1 trik? Water table? Pool? Ball pit?

Hmm. Around that age she loved her stacking cups (still does!), her LeapFrog picnic set, books books and more books, her Disney princess little people castle (this has been played with daily since last Christmas, when she was 15 months), her b.toys teepee, her little tikes shopping cart, her wooden blocks and her place and trace set.

She has a dollhouse book case, right? Is it furnished? Doll stroller? I can only think of seemingly girly things, sorry, that's not cool of me.
Maybe some wooden cutting food, if you don't already have that.

Dress-up clothes and accessories? A baby doll? My daughter loves her leapfrog tea set, too. Just thinking of things she might not have hand-me-downs of from a brother

I gave DS a homemade latchboard for his 2nd bday and he loved it but I think I should have given it to him at 18 months for maximum usage.
