AF finally arrived today -- bit bummed out but glad to get started on a new cycle.

@winniebee: @catlady: thank you. It's a particularly mean one, but I was expecting that mostly. I'm trying to remind myself that this just marks the end of that useless waiting time and we can get down to it soon enough! So far getting pregnant hasn't been the hurdle that has knocked us down, so I'm confident for that happening in the future, at least.

Thanks, ladies
I'm not great but okay, I guess. I kept thinking I just had to make it to 13 weeks and all would be fine. Well I'm 13 weeks and having a d&e on Friday. After how difficult my mmc was, I just couldnt imagine being in a worst situation seven months later. It is what it is though.

@Zbug: I'm so sorry. This is so incredibly unfair. My heart is breaking for you.

@Zbug: it's just not fair. I'm so sorry. Thinking of you this week.

I guess 8dpo tomorrow. Feel pregnant but I do every month (and basically am pregnant every month so I guess that's why...). Equal parts want to know and terrified to know.

@winniebee: oh man, you must be nervous will you test or hold out for when AF due? Fingers crossed!
We have unwittingly taken this month off...despite romantic trips away, our toddler sleeping in the same room kinda killed the vibes. Here's to next month!

@Nutella: I'll hold out for a bit. It's honestly going to be easier seeing a negative test rather than a faint positive and then obsessing and comparing and spending hours looking at tests. Our timing was also sucky, so there's that. Sorry about this month for you!

@Nutella: I hate forced hiatuses!
@winniebee: fx for you! I understand wanting to wait. ️
I just started my second round of Clomid last night. At my appt yesterday, my dr told me he is moving out of state in April, so I have a month to find a new dr that will be willing to work on this with me. I'm so frustrated and worried I'll have to start over.

@Crystal: That's tough to lose your doctor but maybe some new eyes on your situation will help rather than hurt. Crossing my fingers you find somebody good!
I'm also in the two week wait (first time since my in November that ended in miscarriage in December). We had good timing this month and I've been feeling a fluttering sensation for about a week and there's a part of me that is scared that I will actually get a positive test (and another part of me that is scared that I won't). I keep reminding myself that there will be no take home baby if I don't forge past this stage but ugh....

@Shantuck: i completely understand what you mean. As much as I'm dying to see another , I know I'll be freaking out!
This is my third dr I've seen (four if you count the RE). I have to find a whole new medical group. The possible good news is I may be able to find someone closer to home.

@Crystal: ugh that really sucks to have to go through this all again. Hopefully you won't need another doctor after this cycle

I caved and peed on an FRER. There is something there, but I don't trust the new FRERs and think it might be one of those infamous indent lines.

shit, I think I'll be back here sooner rather than later. progesterone dropped yesterday (despite hcg rising) and this morning I started spotting.

@jaguar: Hoping that is just a fluke. I read that progesterone levels are constantly going up and down. Hoping the levels are headed back up.
hostess / wonderful grape / 20803 posts
@jaguar: how far along are you now? Can you get an u/s?
pomegranate / 3764 posts
@winniebee: I'm only 5w4d, so way too early for an u/s Clinic thinks it's irritation from pessaries, but my gut is telling me otherwise.

@jaguar: my cousin is an ob specializing in fertility. She says that progesterone fluctuates so much that it's hardly even useful to measure (unless it drops really low). Keeping fingers crossed for you.
hostess / wonderful grape / 20803 posts
@jaguar: I'm glad your doc has a good explanation for it, even if it's not reassuring to you at the moment.
pomegranate / 3764 posts
@winniebee: The only thing that would reassure me is seeing a baby in there... but it's too early for that too!
@Zbug: Thank you! This is all artificial progesterone so my clinic said to try not to worry about it...but my first instinct after all our bad luck is to worry, you know?

@jaguar: fingers crossed - I'm also glad your doctors think it's not a concern, but understand your fear
