@winniebee: thank you. I just feel like I'm finally on a good path that will get me pregnant and I don't want to have to start over. I HATE those new FRERs! I hope you can get a clear answer soon, FX for you!

@jaguar: are they going to run another beta? I'm really hoping/praying/crossing all my fingers and toes that it's irritation from the P.

Another weird questionable maybe there line today. Am I going crazy?

@winniebee: I think I might be able to see something? I'm not sure. What dpo are you?

I've been having weird questionable lines with FRERs too lately. I'm pretty certain I had an actual chemical at the end of December (had suuuuper faint lines) but last month, I thought I saw something again and then AF showed up right away.

@catlady: just 9. Last month I had squinty squinters but line on wandfo too. I don't trust any test anymore!

@winniebee: Oh, 9 is so early! If you can bear it, maybe wait another couple days? (I know, impossible, right?)

    @Zbug: how are you doing?
@winniebee: I don't see anything but lots of luck. Hope to see a pretty line from you today!
@jaguar: we are all rooting for you!

DH and I visit the RE today for our follow up appointment. I am curious to see what the plan is. DD and I just got back from a mini holiday in Florisa. It was awesome and helped keep my mind of things for a few days.

I have another maybe there maybe not line today. I think I need to stop testing as I was kind of upset this morning.

@winniebee: sorry you aren't getting a clear answer. I'm terrible at squinters so I'm not much help.

I am 12dpo today but decided not to test this morning. Before my miscarriage in December I had a short luteal phase so I keep expecting my period to start already. I'll test tomorrow if there is still no period. If I'm not pregnant, at least my luteal phase has improved! Silver linings!

@winniebee: I feel like I maybe see a line in that last wondfo pic, but I'm queen of seeing lines no matter what. I hope it becomes clear soon!

I took a wandfo with SMU. Definitely a second line. I know it's early 10dpo but it's super faint.

@winniebee: good luck!! I hope this is it!

Had our follow up with RE today. I'm doing Femera and times intercourse for a couple cycles while we wait for IVF orientation in the spring. Hoping for an IVF cycle in July. A little nervous but hopefully something works for us. He diagnosed me with Diminished Ovarian Reserve today, which I already knew from blood results.

Hey ladies. Thank you to all who have checked in. I haven't been on here much. Today was step 1 of my d&e. Actual procedure is tomorrow. Today has been pretty rough, and I'm looking forward to this being over.
So I never saw a RE but he ran a panal of tests before this pregnancy, and everything came back normal. The only real thing is that I'm having bad luck with bad eggs, I guess? I'm 35, which is obviously ama, but it's not like I'm that old. We have a phone consult set up with him to discuss ivf with prenatal testing. I'm just not sure of such a big step when we easily had our DD and don't seem to have trouble conceiving. I don't think I can go through this all again though. Does anyone have any insight or experiences?

@Zbug: First off I'm so sorry for your loss. I got pregnant the 1st month I went off BC with my son and have gotten pregnant 3 other times (all MCs) every time I've been actively TTC. I started going to an RE after our 2nd MC. We did all the testing and everything was normal so it's assumed the issue is my age (38) and old/bad eggs (2 of my MCs have been blighted ovums). It seems extreme but really IVF with PGD is really the only option unless you just want to roll the dice and hope you get pregnant naturally with a good egg. When I went through IVF they retrieved 23 eggs which is a fairly high number and after testing only 4 were chromosomally normal. PGD is expensive and not covered by insurance but it's worth every penny to avoid the potential of another MC- especially if you produce a lot of eggs that can be tested. I just found out this week I'm pregnant with our 2nd frozen transfer- no guarantee this is going to work but I can at least know the embryo is not the issue. I'd be happy to answer any questions if you have any.

@Zbug: hi there, I'm still thinking about you often and am just heartsick that you're going through this. It is so far beyond devastating and unfair. I hope your surgery goes smoothly tomorrow and I'm glad you'll be in good hands.

About the RE's IVF idea, I'm sure some of the other wise ladies here will have better reasoning to contribute, but one thing that might factor into your decision--do you think you will want three kids, or are you certain you'll stop at two? If you might want three, IVF would make a lot of sense since you'd have those embryos in your back pocket in a couple of years. I'm going to be 34 right after my due date and I've spent some time thinking about this.

I hope so much that your next pregnancy is boring, healthy, and easy, and that you never go near this kind of pain again Take good care of yourself this weekend. xx

@delight: I am so glad to hear you guys have a plan in place. All my fingers crossed for the femera/timing cycles in the interim before IVF.

@Zbug: I'm so so sorry :(. I hope tomorrow goes as well as can be expected. Thinking of you. I think you know that I'm 35 and had no real issues with getting pregnant with my sons (except one early loss before #1). And then a bunch of chemicals after 35 (low AMA but everything else normal). So based on those issues, I was referred to an RE but haven't been yet so don't know my options. My doctor has said that although 35 isn't the be all and end all, it's harder to catch that healthy egg. I know that doesn't help today, but it's good to know that your land are normal. I'm here if you need to talk.

@Zbug: oh I am so sorry you are going through this. I wish you lots of love and support tomorrow. My TFMR was the hardest thing by far we have ever gone through. Please take care of yourself. I saw a counsellor a few times after.
Your story sounds similar to mine. I didn't have much trouble conceiving my DD 3 years ago (except early mc before) and that pregnancy was fine. Since then, it seems like we just keep catching a bad egg. My blood panel, however, didn't come back normal though, I have DOR. That being said, our RE said we could continue trying and hopefully catch the golden egg but it would be more beneficial to go to IVF. So that's our plan this summer. In the meantime I am starting CoQ10 for egg quality, baby aspirin for blood clotting and have been on progesterone a few months. I'll be taking DHEA for 3 months prior to IVF. We will do Femera/TI for a couple months while we gear up to start IVF. I am still hoping to catch a good egg. I'll be thinking of you today.

Thanks for all the well wishes, ladies. I know today is going to be terrible, but I'm hoping there will be some relief once this is all over.

Sorry for not tagging. I'm on my phone and just lost my previous post.
Thank for you all the thoughts on ivf and trying again. I wouldn't mind as much taking some time to find a good egg, or even another chemical (well I would obviously mind, but you know), but I'm worried my body has no problem holding onto bad eggs. I think we will go ahead and discuss ivf with pgd but try on our own, hopefully, in the meantime. It's just so scary, but our insurance isn't going to cover ivf so it is a bit daunting.

I always thought I wanted three but am realizing one, or very hopefully two, is going to be plenty of family for us. can't believe it was only last year that I thought this was as easy as ordering fucking pancakes at a diner.
