Moms with 2 car seats in a sedan - what's your set up? LO is currently in a Britax Marathon 70 on the passenger side and #2 will inherit his Chicco Keyfit 30 in our Infiniti G35, but we may consider getting something a little bigger cuz it's tight back there, plus I'll need more trunk space for a double stroller.
Who is on which side in your ride? Do you have mirrors so you can see them both, just one or none at all? Do you plan on getting a bigger car?

We drive a Mazda3, which is pretty compact. We have a Radian R100 behind the passenger and a Chicco Keyfit30 in the center.
No plans on mirrors or getting a bigger car.

I have an outback, ds is on passenger side in the Britax marathon and dd will be in Chico key fit on driver side

@matador84: car seat twins and due month twins! Will you have mirrors for them? I feel like if I did for both I wouldn't be able to see out the rear window at all but I'm so used to seeing N now, don't know if I can bear not knowing what's happening back there. I take hour long each way trips to see my mom weekly so that's a long time for them to be in the car.

@MamaChin: I have a mirror now for ds but am considering switching him to Ff. if I do that I'll switch the mirror to the baby.

Acura TSX with a Britax Boulevard behind the driver and a Graco Snugride 35 behind the passenger seat. I would have liked the convertible car seat to be in the middle, but there wasn't enough room for a proper install. It's also a pretty tight squeeze back there and no one can safely sit in the middle seat between the car seats.

We have a ford focus, I was thinking I'll put bb2 rear-facing behind the passenger seat in our French infant car seat and dd, who'll be 20m by then forward facing in the middle in her diono radian. She gets carsick so I thought that may help. I'll just use a mirror for bb2 in that case.

No mirrors and a minivan when we/if we have a third.
