They aren't working as well lately. Uh oh!

Tums didn't work for me and I had heinous, crippling heartburn. I got OTC generic Zantac and it helped a lot.

I used zantac every day along with Tums. My heartburn lasted 4± months- until I delivered.

My OB had me take pepcid... helped so much more than the tums. Perhaps call and ask if there's something else you can take?

A sip of pickle juice or apple cider vinegar!

My OB had me try pepcid since Tums didn't work but I ended up with zantac being the only thing that helped.

I take the generic zantac 2x/day and it works wonders. I only do 75mg each time but my doctor told me I can do 150mg 2x/day if I need it. The generic is called ranitidine and it's about $6 at walmart for 120ct.

A few weeks ago I started developing a tolerance to zantac too. Sad day.

My OB had me try Pepcid. I tried for the first time yesterday and I think it helped,although I supplemented with Tums Ultra.

Tums stopped working for me and I ended up on OTC Pepcid

TUMS never really worked for me. I've been takin gthem here and there when it's bad hoping for at least a placebo effect.
