I'm looking for a cheap umbrella stroller that is compact and light. I need something easy to store that doesn't take up space, and maneuvers easily. Our stroller is so bulky and heavy it'd be nice to have something small.

I like the Maclaren and g-luxe but brand new they cost more than my jogging stroller

My criteria:
- less than $100 (of course if it retails for more, I might be able to find it on CL for cheaper)
- reclining would be a perk
- basket for storage
- light and folds easily

What do you have or what would you recommend?
