Okay Lovelies, we're a month out from Valentine's Day . . . Do any of you have any wellness/fitness goals (or routines) you would like to accomplish/establish by V-Day? (And we are talking anything from a green smoothie a day to flossing to working out!)

I would like to:

1. Keep not falling asleep in my makeup! I started this for the Holiday Hotties thread, and although I have not been perfect by any means, my skin is *finally* starting to get back on track. I even thought *not too shabby* to mahselfs when I put on my makeup this morning.

2. Complete the 30 Day Squat challenge . . . I didn't finish it in December! And while I am finally losing weight after weaning, my bootay could use a little boost.

3. Eat at least 1 serving of fresh fruit/veggies every day. Some days I do great, and some days I have no idea how I managed to not eat any fruit/veggies!

Celebrate every success, even the *small* ones - they add up!
