I just made eggs and waffles for myself for brunch since I'm home alone today. I loooove waffles. DH prefers pancakes. I'll always have a soft spot for pancakes though because the night we both feel in love with each other was spent making pancakes. We still celebrate pancake night each year : ) in fact, I have a pic of DH on that night almost 4 years ago, here he is with his 'mini me' pancake, haha.
Are you waffles or pancakes? Anything in them?

Weird thing is that when I was preggers, I craved pancakes. Actually I craved alot of DH's fav foods that I normally don't like to eat.

@highwire: what?? What??! What is wrong with him?? How is that even possible? What about with something in them? We have a waffle place near us that does carrot cake waffles or pumpkin ones, even red velvet! Maybe he just needs to find a flavor he likes.

Don't make me choose! I love them equally, but am more likely to order waffles when out to eat because we make pankcakes at home more. Must. Buy. Waffle Iron.
ETA: Waffles always seem more "special" as my dad would make them only on birthdays and mother's day and christmas and easter.
