LO is 2 weeks old tomorrow and I'm trying to get her to sleep longer stretches at night. Right now they're about 2 hours which I know is totally normal, but I'd like her to be able to go 3 hours or more. So I've been waking her during the day after she's been asleep for 2.5 hrs. Should I be waking her from the start of her feed? She can take up to 45 min to eat from both sides and then sometimes takes a while to actually fall asleep. Just a confused FTM here! I'd love some advice on what y'all did to help your newborns sleep longer at night. Thanks!
