Do you ever wake up your LO from naps to feed if its past a certain number of hours? Grandparents watching DD (3 months old) and they woke her up after 3.5 hours to feed to keep her on schedule. I would have just let her slept. What would you do?

If LO is healthy, then I would have let LO sleep. If my LO slept for 3.5 hours at 3 months, I would have considered that a freakin' miracle!

The only time I wake up LO is if her afternoon nap is too late (for example, if she sleeps past 430pm, I can't get her to go down for the night at 630pm). Other than that, I try to never, ever wake her if I can

i've only had to wake him from a nap because we had to go somewhere, but i wait until last possible second and end up being late for my plans anyway. and of course when i want him to nap for a long time, he doesn't!

Oh I should clarify...it was 3.5 hours since her last feeding. She actually only napped for two hours which is long for her! She usually naps 30 minutes to an hour. Grandparents were afraid to let her go too long without a feeding. I told them I would just let her sleep but then started second guessing myself because maybe she does need the calories??

In the first few weeks LO was tiny and a slow gainer, so I had to wake her for scheduled feelings. She was also a lazy eater and I had to keep her awake during the feeding. Once she started gaining and we weren't worried about her weight as much I just let her sleep.
