My mum had trouble carrying her pregnancies to term because a luteal phase defect. She gained about 25 pounds each pregnancy. She had both my brother and I about 10 days early. My brother did try to arrive at 26 weeks. She had an emergency C-section with me and VBAC with my brother. I also think she had GD with my brother.

For me:
DS1: Terrible HG losing 30 pounds before I gained back 11 of that 30. N came at 37 weeks on the dot. I was able to have him vaginally.
DS2: Terrible HG losing ~20 pounds before I gained back 11 of that 20. E came at 35 weeks, despite our efforts to stop labor. He also arrived vaginally.

So pretty different.
