I've gotten kind of down because I feel like I have put on way more weight than most during my pregnancy...I am ALL belly, but my legs have gotten gigantic. At almost 39 weeks, I am at *drumroll* at least 40 pounds over my pre-preg weight!

I know some gain MORE, but it's hard to see that number on the scale. I have had a ton of swelling and someone comforting me today said it did look like I had a lot of water weight.

Could you tell if you were really gaining weight or it was just "water weight?" How can you tell? My legs are so big now I can't even sit back on my knees because it hurts!!
