I am still in shock! I totally did not think that we would get it! It is a cute ranch bungalow, open concept, eat in kitchen, large dining room, 3 bedrooms, brand new main bath, ensuite, huge covered veranda in the back yard, 1.5 car garage, nice size yard, totally new finished basement! So excited. This is the second house that we put an offer on, and I didnt think we would get it as we were offer #4. But we did!!! So much to do now! I have to list our condo now and get it ready!! Crazy! We get possession on June 15th, have to redo floors (rip out carpet and lay laminate) and put up part of a fence so our dog does not run away!!! Will move first week of July! Crazy!!
