    @travelingbrit: Ah maybe you weren't signed in when you subscribed to the email? We went ahead and fixed that for you!

    If this happens to anyone else, you might try signing into Hellobee and then clicking on the confirmation email again! That should cause the email subscription box to disappear for you.

    @mrbee: Interesting Yeah I don't think I was signed in at the time - The software at work doesnt allow you to stay signed into stuff for very long.

    I got the email and everything, but because I'm on an iPad I had to go to another app to check my email... The subscribe box went away in he email app browser, but is still here in my actual browser. Does that make any sense? And I was signed in when I subscribed

    @Penny Lane: Yup, it does make sense! iPads and iPhones are a little tricky, because the mail application will fire up its own browser sometimes.

    Just make sure you are signed into your main Safari browser, and copy the confirm link from your email and paste it manually into the Safari browser (i.e. don't just click on it). That should fix the issue, I think!

    it worked for me, but it did take a couple of minutes to get the email in my gmail inbox

    @Emilie: yup sometimes it takes a while for the emails to work its way through the series of tubes that make up the net!

    @mrbee: who did the confirmation link come from? i searched hellobee in my email, but only found the confirmation and not the link to confirm.

    @mrbee: yep! looks good on the iphone too (as long as i'm logged in!) it didn't bother me, but just wanted to give you a heads up! thanks for taking care of it though!
