I posted the day he was born... but I think it was on weddingbee. I was more active their for my pregnancy, and moved here right after DS was born. -
haha. I was so excited that she was born that I had to tell the world!! I was so excited, I sent out the ugliest photo ever to everyone in my email reports and wrote the wrong length to some. LOL.

I will probably send a pic text and an announcement to the 1-2 HB members who I communicate with through texts and have them post something on my behalf. I WILL NOT wait until I get home to show of my baby!

I didnt go on the internet for til I came home. I had my laptop and smartphone with me but i just wanted to enjoy being cut off from the world for a while and enjoy the calm of just me, baby and DH.

Personally I had a lot of down time in the hospital and definitely posted. The first day I didn't because our c-section wasn't until 3pm and then with recovery and visitors the rest of the day flew by.

I felt bad because I didn't even text my friends when my lo was born. My dh posted on facebook and I figured they'd read that. I was just so tired and all my energy was spent on my lo. But I'm glad you all decided to share with us.... I love hearing baby updates!

I posted in the Summer 2012 thread while "in labor" (I was induced, so the first 4 or 5 hours were a snoozefest). I also posted again after BabyHabe was born, but didn't post pics until I got home and turned on the laptop.

With my first, DH got mad at me for texting, e-mailing and facebooking while being induced. Not sure what I'll do this time.
