    Since there's been multiple threads going about weight loss, I'm going to stick here. Today, I weighed myself. I'm down a pound, finally! It comes to a total of 10 lbs. on Weight Watchers and probably another 2 right before I started it.

    I still have 20lbs. to lose to be back at pre-pregnancy fighting weight. I wish I could remember how much I was pre-preg. I was close to 200, but can't remember the exact amount. Right now, I'm hoping to get to the 190's by Christmas or even less.

    @sslm: I figured out how to switch my Activity points versus Weekly Points swapping online. Now, I just need to measure my stride length to input my steps since I have a Fitbit to track my steps.

    @MsLipGloss: Thanks! I'm excited to lose this much. I just need to keep chugging at it. I had a Cosi salad today with bread. It didn't kill my points either!

    @cascademom: 10 lbs is a great milestone congrats!

    I hit (and passed) the 20 lbs mark on Friday! I'm pumped, but it's starting to get to that point where my motivation and discipline is faltering... Ack

    @sslm: Yeah! Congrats on the milestone. I desperately want a chocolate milkshake right now, so the motivation to continue is getting tougher. I'm determined to not weigh in the 200's or 190's when I get pregnant again. That's part of my motivation.

    @cascademom: @sslm: Great job to the both of you! I have been SO bad. Not even following WW the last couple weeks. I feel awful. Tomorrow I am starting over. I can't keep this up, I feel like poop.

    @Smurfette: I have done okay . . . I guess. *sigh* Dh just put together the elliptical, so now I have *zero* excuses! It's good because I eat better when I am working out, and I want to get the weight off (or at least a good chunk of it) before LO's first birthday . . . but I haven't ever had more than maybe 10 pounds or so to lose? So I am a little overwhelmed by 20!

    @MsLipGloss: I never thought that these words would come out of my mouth, but I miss going to the gym after work. I get R to sleep, then I wash bottles, get bottles ready, cook dinner for myself, watch TV/laundry/clean, talk to DH for a bit on the phone and then it is time for me to go to bed.

    @cascademom: @Smurfette: @MsLipGloss: thanks ladies!! It's just getting harder to say no to cookies. Lol.

    @Smurfette: don't beat yourself up too bad! Just gotta get back on the wagon you can do it!!!!

    @MsLipGloss: I know exactly how you feel. I've never had more than 10-15 lbs to lose so looking at 50 was really daunting.

    Here's my Tuesday morning weigh in update. I lost 3 lbs this week despite eating not so great. I did a ton of walking with LO, so that probably helped. I'm at 207 lbs. I started Weight Watchers officially on June 23rd at 220 lbs, though that was already down about 2 lbs from the week before with my start on eating better. So, I've lost close to 15 lbs since the week of June 16. I can't wait to be out of the 200s.

    I'm down 28.5 lbs today! 24 to go! I've been stressing because my LO doesn't sleep more than an hour at a time lately, so no gym for me. I feel like when I start WW, get him sleeping better, and can work out consistently I'll really start stripping it off. I hope, anyway!

    @Smurfette: It is definitely harder to find time for workouts! I used to be a 4:30 a.m. worker outer . . . but that all stopped during my first trimester (so so tired!) and then after I started walking again at lunch, I had pre-term labor at 22 weeks and completely freaked out about working out so I stopped. Now, I hop on the elliptical after I put LO to bed . . . if I don't then, I don't have the energy later. Then I eat, clean up, and prep for the next day, and fall into bed around midnight. I really want to do a.m. workouts again, but LO usually wakes up around 5:30 or so, and I am just too tired before then. *sigh* I guess I should just consider it a win that I am slowly getting back into things, and not try to change too much too fast.

    @sslm: I gained 60, but 30 fell off right away. Then I lost another 5, and hovered around that weight for forever (my OB said I was just one of the unlucky ones that wouldn't be helped by BFing). So now, I am working my way through the last 20.

    @cascademom: Congrats! Excellent progress!

    @grizz: Not to worry doll. It will all come off. It just takes time. But it *will* come off!

    @cascademom: You are doing awesome!!!

    @grizz: That is great! Keep it up.

    @MsLipGloss: I have never been able to workout in the AM. Right after work was perfect for me. I don't like working out at night as much but I am going to have to do it. I usually go to bed between 930-10 but I am going to have to push it back. I have to do something I am so unhappy with myself.

    @misslipgloss, holy crap, midnight bedtime and 5:30am wake up? argh.

    I definitely prefer working out after work. But I make myself do it at home some mornings. As long as I'm in bed before 10, it's feasible Too many variables, though...yesterday, she woke up early and I only got half a video in. Bah.

    @blackbird: I am really trying to get to bed sooner, but there is just so much to do (I am still unpacking boxes from our move 2 months ago), and I always feel so behind! But my sleep is 1000% better than what it was for the first 9 months!

    I've been looking for this thread, but I couldn't remember the name of it!

    I gotta be real ladies, I gained some weight back. Feeling crappy about it, but I am putting it behind me as of tomorrow and will focus my next week on exercise. I will be on vacation so it will be much easier to get some workouts in!

    @looch: No biggie, right?! I have been there (recently) too, but your plan is the best plan: one day at a time, NO GUILT, and move on! Just a minor baby hiccup on your road to success!

    @cascademom: woohoo!!! You are doing so awesome!!

    @grizz: yay! Keep it up mama I don't exercise beyond TONS of walking with LO. Get that stroller going

    @looch: no worries!!! That happens to the best of us.

    I weigh in on Fridays so nothing to report... Will check back tomorrow!

    Ugh, I gained a pound recently. I did so much walking last week, but also didn't cook as much as I would have liked. I'm cool with it and hoping that I keep losing.

    Hey ladies! Haven't checked in for a while!!! How is everyone doing?

    I lost 1.4 pounds this week which was a surprise because my mom was visiting and I didn't track points. Nursing for the win I guess! I'm down 28.8 lbs since 6 weeks pp. I'm about 6 lbs from pre-preg weight, and 20 from where I'd like to be. One step at a time

    wonderful grape / 20453 posts

    Yay that's great!! 6 pounds is so close! 20 lb will be gone before you know it.

    Between tweaking my pelvis and having allergy issues galore, I'm ready to get back into it after this weekend. It was nice having two weeks 'off' and now i feel rejuvinated (as much as one can be with sinus issues)
