I am 6w1d and BAM all of a sudden this afternoon food sounds/smells/tastes gross, and I feel like I'm on the verge of having to run to the bathroom (TMI ... Let's just say for a variety of reasons ...)
All I can choke down for dinner today is a biscuit and mac and cheese. I really hope I leave this "carbs only" phase as quickly as I got here!
