I'm dealing with some pretty overwhelming personal matters right now and I've noticed myself having a lot of Braxton hicks contractions. I not only feel stressed but I stress about how much I'm stressing. When I was pregnant with my son I had high levels of stress as well during a move across the country from NYC to Portland and when my husband suddenly lost his job after said move and we almost had to apply for welfare after two months. It all worked out but sometimes I wonder if my stress didn't contribute to the sensory issues my son is experiencing. I know ts more complicated than that but its hard not to feel like everything is a factor. Are any of you going through this? Any suggestions?

The things I am seriously short on now are money and time for myself so unfortunately therapy or massages are really not an option right now.
