I think I'm going to give M an A+A blanket this weekend to get her used to having one in there. All the kids in the 1's room have blankets they nap with so, I don't want her to feel left out. We'll see how this goes. I picked A+A since they're so breathable.

We were told to provide one to daycare, though I have no idea if he has it with him in his crib there or not... he's 3.5 months.
ETA: At home, we do a half swaddle with an A+A blanket, though he often squirms out of it!

I had put DS's blanket on him since he was about 4 months old. But, it's crocheted, so I figured with the holes it's breathable. It's still his favorite blanket, almost 6 years later.

After she turned one. She slept with a blanket at school. We started with the A+A blankets too but I think she likes the weight of a heavier blanket.

Since she was like 2-3 months and it was winter and the sleep sack didn't seem enough in her room which is the coldest place in the house (which is good in warm weather like now though!) I don't usually give a blanket for night sleep, though. But when we use blankets it has either been crocheted (winter) or A&A.

I picked a and a because they're breathable too! We let him have it at 6 months.

O has had an A+A blanket for a couple months now. but now i'm thinking of taking it from her because we had a really scary call yesterday, even though it's breathable.

I swaddle from his chest down, so his arms are free, but the blanket it tight around the rest of him.

Around 9 months for an AA dream blanket (the really thick ones, which are still VERY breathable) and probably 6 months for a loose (not swaddled) AA swaddle blanket.

6 months but he doesn't use it at all, it's just in his crib.
