Someone asked me today, and I'm feeling sort of out of the loop. What are some popular trends for kids clothing nowadays? I see a lot of moccasins, black and white, etc. What else are you seeing in your area or your circle?

I try and fail at most trends. Just because I'm usually behind. But leggings seem to be in, and hipster stuff still seems in.

I have yet to see a child in mocs in person. It seems to be an internet fad.

I never see anything overtly trendy at daycare.
Oh, gigantic head-sized bows on baby girls are still in.

I have no idea. I'm not really a trendy person. With T I just stick with cute and current but simple boy clothes. Hoodie, jeans, sneakers. Or if we're going somewhere nice, a button up under a sweater with khakis and sperrys.

I'm not sure where all these pinterest kids are. The biggest "trend" around here might be shirts and sweaters/sweatshirts with quirky sayings on them. Everyone was crazy over a toddler with a sweater that said "Dude" the other day at daycare.

i think there are so many more options for kids nowadays that there are tons of different styles. t-shirts with clever/funny sayings do still seem to be popular. rompers were really big last year and will probably continue to be this year.

Here it seems to be "mini adult outfits" for girls. Just dressing your child like you would want to dress (leggings/fur vests/boots/longer tunics/scarves/ect.) I have yet to see anyone where moccasins either, seems to be more of an internet thing. Also, headbands have gone away from a big flower to more of a "hippy" style with small flowers and worn across forehead instead of on top of head.

I've never seen mocs in real life. Among the older set, mismatched socks seems to be a thing. I'm all for cute but comfortable clothing, so my kid wears a lot of leggings and t-shirts/tunics.
