Nothing special because DH is starting a new job and things are going to be a little crazy around here for a while. I've got lots of burger meat in the freezer so probably burgers, or tacos. We've got frozen pizza which is quick and easy. Homemade mac n cheese. We've got chicken in the freezer I may do several things with.

My husband and I split the cooking duties. I think this week the menu is:
Chocolate Chicken Chili w/ Cornbread
Homemade pizza w/ pesto, bacon, tomato, spinach, mozzarella
Tofu stir fry
Pasta w/ potato/pea sauce
Eggs poached in tomato sauce w/ kale & polenta
BLTs & chips

Monday: Chicken Tortilla Soup in the crockpot
Tuesday: Chicken Pattis
Wednesday: Chicken Tortilla Soup left overs
Thursday: homemade pizza or pasta and meatballs
Friday: Tacos

Wednesday - White bean & chicken chili
Thursday - Salmon (haven't decided how to prepare) & rice

It was only after I planned our whole menu and made my grocery list that I realized that every dinner contains chicken....oops. I usually try to mix it up a bit more!
Monday - Chicken fajitas
Tuesday - Baked breaded chicken, celery root purée, Szechuan green beans
Wednesday - Chicken and veg stir fry on rotini
Thursday - Cashew chicken curry
Friday - Take out!
Breakfasts - Homemade spinach quiche
Lunches - Homemade broccoli soup and bean salad

We have leftover casserole in the freezer that'll last a couple of days and then we'll probably make tacos because we have a bunch of beef in the freezer!

Tonight -salmon and cooked Boston butt for tomorrow
Monday- Boston butt
Tuesday - chilli
Wednesday - curry chicken (frozen crock pot meal)
Thursday - steak
Friday- probably eat out
We also have some chicken on hand for baked breaded tenderloins.

Um, you all are much more organized than me!
Tomorrow we have leftover pasta, chicken & veggies from tonight.
I'm wingin' it the rest of the week. We have chicken and cream cheese already in the fridge so probably italian creamy chicken, I've got salad stuff that needs to be eaten as well but DH doesn't do the healthy stuff

Tonight we had Bang Bang Shrimp, steak and roasted garlic mashed potatoes, there's a lot left so we'll probably have leftovers tomorrow night since my dh will be out of town.
I plan in making a bbq chicken pizza this week too.
I'm winging it the rest of the week, like always!

Tonight we did a chicken stirfry
Monday: We are making Mrs. Checkers' pasta with sausage, peas, and mushrooms
Tuesday: we go to his parents' house
Wednesday: we go to my parents' house
Thursday: Vegetarian Mexican Lasagna (from Martha Stewart..so good! Even DH liked it, and there's no meat!)
Friday: Going to a sushi place we love back in our old neighborhood in the city...I put dates on the calendar for sushi just in case I get a BFP any time soon!

@Mrs. J: I am going to try that lasagna! DH has cut almost all beef and pork out of his diet, so I'm always looking for good veg recipes. I am getting sick of chicken.
Mon: kimchi soup, rice, dumplings, spam (don't judge)
Tues: chicken piccata, potatoes, peas
Wed: maybe veg lasagna?
Thurs: date night
Fri: savory oatmeal w/chicken & rosemary
also, lots of yams for me bc we are TTC

@mrsmate: If you do make it, I would double the amount of pinto beans to two cans. I think you guys will like it!

Hmmm I think we are doing a thai green curry tmr. You only need chicken, onion, a sweet red pepper, maybe some other veg, coconut milk, and the green curry paste. And rice. If you keep a tub of the green curry paste in the fridge and canned coconut milk in the pantry, it is pretty much always available:)!

Tonight was homemade pizza topped with Italian sausage, artichoke hearts, jalapenos, and spinach.
Monday: Penne w/italian sausage, peas, and mushrooms
Tuesday: Lentil soup (I made it tonight) w/ grilled cheese sandwiches.
Wednesday: Curried veggies over brown rice
Thursday: Tacos & salad.
Friday: Pizza!
Saturday: Kielbasa and caramelized onion sandwiches and salad.
We're winging it on Sunday but I'm thinking about doing pulled chicken in the Crockpot.

Yesterday we made chicken stock, so last night we had homemade chicken and dumplings.

Last night I made mahi mahi fish sticks which were GREAT. I sliced up mahi mahi, dipped them in egg, then rolled them in bread crumbs that I had mixed lemon pepper seasoning in with.
Monday: Buffalo chicken stuffed shells (a new recipe, we'll see)
Tuesday: Bar night for a work holiday party
Wednesday: Stuffed peppers mexican-style
Thursday: Scrounge night (aka leftovers/eat up what's in the fridge)
Friday: Double garlic crunchy honey chicken (also a new recipe, recommended by a friend), sides TBD--probably steamed broccoli.
Saturday: Enchiladas (with the leftover stuffed pepper filling)

Mmmm my winging it was a good deal. I just got done cooking chicken orzo with peas. YUM!!!
