We are both gonna eat chicken lemon orzo soup! First time I've cooked in a week!

I had chicken curry and some meatballs from trader joe's. (i know. odd mix).
LO had 1 large scrambled egg, veggie rice wrapped in seaweed, 1 big strawberry, an apple broccoli pouch, and 5 ounces of milk.

I made chicken soup with a forgotten napa cabbage, carrots, potatoes with a delicate soup noodle. LO licked a Honeygold Apple

I had stuffed squash, curried squash and onions and three pieces of chicken. DS ate the same thing

I'm making baked spaghetti right now.

Chicken, asparagus, quinoa and tiny potatoes.

We all had corn chowder, salmon and green beans.

Mondays are almost always boring dinner night for us! Tonight we had chicken cordon bleu, oven roasted broccoli and sweet potatoes.

Slow cooked beef tips and gravy with mashed potatoes (my house smells divine) and boob juice, lol.

I made @Mrs Blue's butternut squash chicken (sub'd coconut milk for cream) and it was TO DIE FOR. I roasted up some asparagus on the side, DH and DS both had the same. Total hit, we'll be making this one again.

DH had a bad weekend so I am Grilling steaks and making mac n cheese from scratch, it's his favorite. Will probably throw in a side salad of some sort.

I have pork and lentil stew in the crock pot. I haven't tried this recipe before, so I hope it is good! I think I will pull out a chunk of pork and potato and put it on Sawyer's tray ... he rarely eats anything though.

DH had a dentist appointment and then played basketball, so I fed myself a sweet potato, turkey burger and a salad. For dessert - a few handfuls of Kashi's "Indigo Morning" cereal - sooo good!
