Do you have any gifts or events planned for your SO for Valentine's Day?
I just ordered a gift online for my DH, but I am 100% unsure of what our plans will be. He is out of town that week until after dinner on the 14th, so my main celebration will be with my kiddos, I guess!

No plans for us, we don't usually celebrate V-day...I may have a little fun with LO though and dress her pink/red or hearts.

We don't really celebrate Valentine's day, never have in our 6 year relationship! DH sometimes gets me flowers, but never gifts or anything.

Were having our first night away from DD! We're going to the city (San Francisco) to see Wicked!, eat at 5 star restaurant and have spa day next AM. I'm sooo excited. It's our gift to each other

We don't really do anything, except stay in and cook dinner. We don't do gift just cards, but I always get flowers. This year it will be the first week in our house.

We don't celebrate Valentine's day either. I have zero desire to get insanely marked up flowers or have an especially crowded fancy dinner.

I honestly haven't given it a single thought. I doubt we'll do much though. We'll see.

Hanging out with the dog! The mister will be working. But we will be going on vacation soon after so I don't mind

Hoping to be celebrating with a newborn! I'm due the next day, so I guess I'm likely to be too exhausted to do much, regardless of whether she's made an appearance yet or not.

We never really celebrate it since our anniversary is a month later. I hate fighting the crowds to go out to eat. We'll get cards, a small gift, and have a Papa Murphy's heart shaped pizza and a bottle of wine. Very low key.

I'm hoping DH has something elaborate planned. My birthday is the day before so hopefully I'll have two days of romance

We don't usually do anything special. I try to do fun things for the kids. Last year we had heart shaped calzones for dinner. I haven't figured out this year. Maybe a scavenger Hun or something.
We did make plans to go wine tasting Presidents' Day weekend (first time away in three 2 years). When we tried to book tours they said they only have hearts and wine tours. It took us awhile to figure out it was because it was the weekend right after valentines day. Guess we aren't very romantic since we didn't even connect it. But hey, now it seems like we are going wine tasting for valentines day so that works.

We normally don't really do anything special but will be this year. Our group of friends have organized a fancy kids free night out for 7 couples with kids ranging from 2 months to 5 yrs old. It will be the first time in a long time that all of us are together without any kids hanging around enjoying our dinner and drinks...just like the good old times. I'm super excited!

We usually go out to dinner but this year we may be on our way to visit family in New Jersey that night... our first trip as a family of 4 and LMW's first trip. Eek.

@chopsuey119: that is the way it should be. I much prefer when I get flowers for no reason verses on VDay.

@Smurfette: I agree!! V-day flowers always die so quickly too. Wagon Sr. just holds on to tradition very tightly so I usually get a bouquet at work... but I'd prefer just a single rose when he got home from work and a bouquet for no reason some other day!

We also don't usually celebrate but this year we'll have a little special boy's birthday to celebrate because LO was born last year on valentines day

We don't do gifts but I wouldn't mind having LO arrive 2 weeks early as a V-Day gift! Although it probably wouldn't be fun to have a b-day on the 14th; too many distractions...

Hopefully having a baby - like @tororojo! If not definitely a quiet night where I don't have to cook dinner! Maybe I'll make some sweets if I'm feeling good!

My husband is vehemently against V day and since I don't care that much we don't celebrate it!

Probably dinner at home the weekend after because I will be on retreat with my seniors on actual V-day. Actually, I'll be on retreat for 4 days (Kairos).

DS has a doctors appointment....haha we'll probably just stay in and cook dinner. oh wait, we do that every night. v-day isn't a big deal to us, so probably nothing.

We normally don't celebrate valentine's day. I'll get the hubby a lovey dovey card, but that's about it. Last two years, a couple of friends and us went out to dinner together, but nothing romantic. It's more like a normal dinner out with friends with a holiday attached to it. Ha!

For Valentine's Day, I'm getting my 6 week check up/all clear a few days before, so I imagine we'll be celebrating around then.

We don't really get all into valentines day.... BUT if I'm not pregnant this cycle then I will be ovulating about 1 or 2 days after Valentines day, so we'll probably stay in

We will definitely have a newborn by then - I'm due Jan. 25 - so I have no expectations of Valentine's Day, except I won't be cooking.

Um... I have no idea. But there's a very high chance that it will not involve sex. lol
I feel so incredibly pregnant and uncomfortable right now... I can't even imagine how big I'll be by then! -
I'm thinking of taking LO to the park for a picnic and making her a cute heart shaped lunch.
I'm not sure about DH...... Usually Thursday night is date night because my parents take LO but I don't know if they'll want their own date night for Valentines Day. I'd be ok with that, last year we took LO and our pup to the beach and ate outside at my favorite restaurant, maybe we'll do that again.
