For my sons birthday I did a beach bucket as the bag and had bubbles and something else in it. And then they each took home a balloon (we live in a beach town).
I like getting colouring books or board books. Stickers. I really don't mind whatever, not picky about them. I just toss stuff when he's done with it. We still have a recorder from a party this summer that he loves.

I went to Daiso (Japanese store where everything cost $2.80) and I bought a stack of cute but useful things - hair bobbles and brushes, Japanese lollies, glow stick bangles and necklaces, little notebooks and markers. Man I love that store!

Not Frozen related, but we love the flash cards from the dollar spot at Target. Over the summer they also had card games (old maid, go fish, crazy 8). They are all the size of playing cards and I keep a set in my bag and we use them to pass the time when we have to wait somewhere (dr, dentist, car appt, dinner, etc.).

I don't mind goodie bags at all, LO loves them and they keep her happy and busy.
The only thing I don't like is excessive candy, but the odd piece is fine.
Stuff she has loved include playdoh, tiny notebooks, stickers, bubbles, crayons, sun glasses, board books (frozen one from Dollar Store).

First choice: nothing!
Second choice: anything that ends or gets consumed: snacks, bubbles, stickers, tattoos, play doh, soap, chalk, etc.
Third choice: art supplies such as crayons, coloring books, small pad of construction paper, origami paper, etc.
