What brings it out? My BIL's wife. It's totally irrational and I feel so bad and guilty about it. But for various reasons, it's true.

@babyjmama: oh, I don't think anyone thinks you were dissing the SAH mamas. Jealousy has no logic- like the fact that I am jealous of those ladies sipping coffee in the parking lot but I have no desire to actually be them, you know?

I am envious of people who have close knit families that they enjoy to spend time with! My family is a disaster (divorced parents, brother in jail, they all have major financial issues) and my husband's family is all over the country and we get together 1x a year. I get jealous when I spend time with friend's families when everyone is so warm and thoughtful.
I do feel grateful as my own life involves most of the thing listed here that others are envious of, so I think it's so true that everyone has their struggles!

SAHMs. I wish I could be a SAHM so badly, but it's just not in the cards right now. I do feel completely grateful that I get to stay home with him this summer, though.

I get jealous of pretty much everyone.
Which is weird, because I do love my life, so I try my hardest not to focus on anyone else.I'm jealous of people who LIKE to exercise and LIKE vegetables.
I'm jealous of people whose pp bodies are beautiful. Heck, people whose prepartum bodies are beautiful.
I'm jealous of people who have great hair, beautiful skin, good clothes, and a sense of style.
I'm jealous of people whose SOs make enough money for them to SAH if they want.
I'm jealous of people who can live in the area of town I want to live in.
I'm jealous of people who have a group of great friends who've known each other forever.
I'm jealous of people who can keep a clean house.
I'm jealous of people who can cook.
I'm jealous of people who know how to decorate their home beautifully.
I'm jealous of people who have both parents.
I'm jealous of people who get to go on nice vacations frequently (even once a year).
I'm jealous of people who don't hate themselves.
I'm jealous of people who don't struggle with depression. -
I'm jealous of people with great hair, like the Duchess, for example. Mine is a curly mess in a ponytail 95% of the time.

Ugh, I get jealous of people I know on Facebook who seem to have fun, easy lives and always seem to be happy. I know they probably aren't and no ones life is perfect, but it still gets to me.
