We play on a couple sports teams together (softball, volleyball), go to sporting events (any and all sports), go to the beach, travel, we like go to the casino and spend the night together playing blackjack, concerts if there's a good one, karaoke, trivia, bike riding, and watch tv shows in a marathon on Netflix/Hulu.

We do lots of things since we are currently childless (pregnant with #1). My husband is a huge video gamer so he plays lots of games with good storylines and I love watching them. Sometimes I'll read while he plays too. We also like to watch movies/go to the theater. This is new for us since I wasn't a huge movie person when we married (although he loves movies). Our new thing is actually going to baseball games. There is a minor league team near us so tickets are cheap (~$25 for 2 for the best seats in the house) and the seats are always pretty good. I realized that we spend lots more time talking at the games then we do sitting at home.

For a date night, we often go see a movie. Or we'll go to a nice brewery for dinner, and then walk a mile over to a place with great ice cream. Mostly we just hang out together.

@IRunForFun: That's awesome. In my dreams that would happen!
We like to go fishing together - I grew up going with my Dad and I got DH into it. We still go with LO in a carrier. We go hiking, take the dog swimming, work out, and do things with LO. We used to do triathlons together (and train together), but we haven't recently. Same with camping.
ETA: During football season we watch all the games together, often at a sport bar or something.
We once took a pottery class together that was really fun - I'd like to do something like that again.

We like to go on brunch dates on late Sunday mornings;
we've already taken LO, and she was a little trooper.
Like most, we enjoy going on walks, and usually hit up the beach, our local farmers market, or the Hawaiian plate lunch place near our house.
We usually choose a series on Netflix and marathon it when we're being couch potatoes. We recently finished up, "Friday Night Lights."
Other than that, we just like exploring new restaurants, strolling around downtown and picking up dessert, and going to local fairs and festivals.

Trying something new always makes the best memories for us. Here's the list: kayak, canoe, paddle board, go for walks, dinner and a movie, homemade pizza night + red box or Netflix, test drive luxury cars (lol), drive to the city and window shop, go to a lake with our floaties (we haven't done this since having LO's), go on hikes, baseball games, football games, comedy shows, scrabble + drinks.

@babyjmama: So one of our favorite things to do (with H since we don't have family here) is to go to try a bunch of happy hours at all of the nice restaurants here. They usually start at 4pm and will have specially priced menu items/drinks. So we'll go to all of these fancy shmansh places and just try a bunch of different things, and we'll hit a couple of places up and then have H home for solids/bath/bedtime by 615. As you know though, we live in the middle of the city right now, and that is the benefit to living in the loudest apartment on earth, that we are right in the middle of a bunch of fun stuff. And H is always the prettiest girl at the bar, lol. (Kidding! We always get a table!)
And since J is sleep trained, I also recommend getting a couple of bottles of wine, having a Parent Party - but like the way that you did before you were parents - and then just bang:) Sometimes a good sex session clears things up:) When DH and I have been stressed (Like when H was sick last week and we were all cooped up in the stupid apartment), we were getting snippy with each other and he looked at me and said, "Okay. That's it. We need to bang." And we did. And we were not snippy anymore after that:)
