I called my maternal grandmother Grandma and my paternal grandfather Grandpa. My maternal grandfather and paternal grandmother passed a long time before I was born but I probably would have called them Grandpa and Grandma too.

LO doesn't talk yet but I think both of our moms are going for Grandma, my dad is going for Grandpa, and if DH's father was still alive he would have been Pop Pop because that's what our nephew called him.

I call my paternal grandmother by an unique nickname. I also have a mema, a great mema, a nana & papa, and a PaPa.

Mine: Grammie + Pop, Gramy
Hubs': Grampa + Robin (her name), Grammy

And our parents to our children will be

My parents: Grammie + Grampa
Hubs parents: Grammie, Grampa + Mimi

Mine were: Grandma, Grandpa, Grandma (First Name), Grandpa (First Name), and then stepgrandma was Granny (First Name).

LO's are Grandma, Grandpa, and then Grammy and Vovo (Portuguese for grandfather)

I called both sets of grandparents Mamma and Pappa.
My parents are going to be called Nonni and Poppi. My brother told them they could pick their name when my first nephew was born. DH hates them, but we are using them too since it only makes sense when we are together with nephews.
IL's are going to be Poopa and Lili. This was established again by nephews. I still don't get the Poopa and where it came from.

I had a Nana, Papa, Gram and Grampy. DH had Gram, Grampa, Grandma (last name) and Grandpa (last name).

My mom wants to be Gram or Grammy, and my dad doesn't care, but he's Grampy to the dog, haha.

DH's parents are Nana and Grampa to our niece, so we'll go with that.

I call both sets of grandparents "grandma & grandpa" and my great grandma who is still with is is my "gee gee."

My DD will call my mom "grandma" & my dad "papa" like my nieces do. she will call DH's parents "grandma and grandpa" like our niece on that side does, they were both decided for us!

I didnt know my maternal grandparents since my moms dad has never been a part of her life and her mom and step dad passed right before I was born. My dads parents separated and both remarried before i was born though so I still have 2 sets!

My bio grandmother and her husband are Nana and Papa.

My parents will be Grandma and Grandpa
His parents (Jewish) will be Bubbe and and his dad doesn't like Zaide and I would rather he weren't Grandpa because I know it made it easier for me as a kid to have seperate names for each set of grandparents. He is thinking maybe Grand-dad? Not sure yet.
