I get them quite frequently, I eat a lot of bananas and drink at least one coconut water a day. What have you found that helps? I think I had one every hour starting at 11pm last night, I can barely put pressure on my right leg today!!!

Liquid cal-mag citrate! I take between 1-2 tablespoons a day and it's helped with my leg cramps, as well as my round ligament pain.
