I usually bring a bunch of stuff on Mondays and leave it in the frig!
This week I brought:
Cheese sticks
Greek yogurt
yellow peppers
Hard boiled eggs
At my desk I have pretzels and choc covered espresso beans

I try to bring some sort of fresh fruit everyday, but a lot of times the candy jar gets me anyway.
Chobani (with or without granola)

Mixed nuts

I bring a ton of food to work because I eat both breakfast and lunch here, plus snacks. Today, I've brought: banana, Lara bar, a dairy-soy-free bagel with PB (leaving the other here for tomorrow), and oatmeal for lunch. ALL carbs. yay me!
I normaly have dinner leftovers for lunch, but nothing we had at home appealed to me, so I decided to just bring oatmeal.
Oh, and I always have skittles or starburst in my desk for when I feel like having sugar something.

I brought yogurt dressing and veggies today! But i'm already hungry again so I need to dig out a protein shake. I also like Quest bars, oatmeal packets, yogurt, nuts....

@mfa_lady: Those look amazing but I'm worried that if I were to make them, I would eat WAY too many in one sitting. Are they filling enough to just eat one???

@MUI831: they're actually pretty filling! I packed packages of two when I made them. So, this morning, I ate one at 930ish and 1 at 11. I haven't needed lunch yet, so I feel like they're pretty good!

@cmomma17: I refrigerated mine! And they are semi-sticky...but I also used a combo of Jif and refrigerated almond butter, so that might be why. They're really delish!

Today, 2 jugs of water (one hot, one cold), apple slices, strawberries, a yogurt, and lunch (leftovers). Yesterday I ate like half a tube of Pringles (so good!) but I ate them all so no more. Sometimes I grab a few Mike and Ikes from the candy bowl.
