These are a few things I can think of right now:
-convert office into baby's room. buy dresser, etc
-convert dining area into an office space
- get a new car
-transition LO 1 into a twin or full size bed and move the crib into baby's room
-if we have a boy....get rid of our girl clothes.
-if we have a girl....get rid of the our girl clothes that are too stained, ugly, etc.
-vacation!

- convert DS1's nursery into his toddler room. Buy him a new dresser and bed.

-we are having a second boy, so take out clothes and wash. See what we can reuse and what we need (being born at completely opposite seasons)
- make freezer meals
- pack hospital bag and DS's bag for grandma's
-vacation in June!

- Clean out "junk" room/office into nursery
- Buy new window treatments - roman shades for living room, plantation shutters for both bedrooms
- Buy sound bar for TV, new TV stand thing for under and get TV mounted
- Replace missing screen in nursery window
- Everything else baby related?! - work on registry, put together nursery, contact HR for leave, contact insurance for pump...

Probably a move across the Atlantic...... And packing up our whole apartment for shipping. But other than that just working with DD to get her more independent at nap and bedtimes.

Baby's here but I was so happy that I did a big toy purge before his arrival. That way we had room for the new baby toys that were coming out.

Well I'm about 7 1/2 weeks out so I need to get on it
1. Finish the last minute baby shopping
2. Get hospital bag packed/shop for needed items
3. Buy and pack diaper bag
4. Do a Sam's club run to stock up household essentials (TP, paper towels, ect. )
5. Stock up freezer with breakfast/lunch options & meat
6. Last minute touches to nursery
After she arrives:
1. buy Easter dress and dress for wedding (need to know her size) for both her and sister (I want non-matching but similar)

Redo our big attic bedroom/office to be nicer, and to have a little space for the new baby when she's too small to share a room.
Clean out various closets and cabinets that need to be reorganized.
Sort out clothing and find a place for another dresser.
Put crib in our bedroom, clean and install carseat.
Clean cloth diapers and get them organized.
Nothing too huge.

@blackbird: Yea, we put away a lot of toys that she was too old for/baby would be too young for. Things like the Cozy Coupe got put away in the shed for a while. Plus, she will think its a brand new toy when we take it back out again!

Our list is growing by the second! Besides purchasing any needed items (ie second camera for the monitor etc), we need to
-turn guest room into DS' new room

-decide what the heck I'm doing about my job
There are more things, but pregnancy brain is keeping me from thinking of it!

I have 12 weeks left and we still need to paint DD1's new room and move her in.
remove DD1 name from wall in DD2 room and add her name
sort through our clothes
wash infant seat cover
remove from storage and wash bassinet and baby swing
Strip and wash cloth diapers.

We've been tracking a pretty detailed list. Ten weeks! (Theoretically).
Important pre-baby prep:
-Nursery decor
-Set up/organize baby's closet
-Get any remaining baby gear people don't gift us
-Make freezer meals and buy snacks I can keep around post-partum
-Buy post-partum survival stuff (i.e. witch hazel)
-Stock up on non-perishable life essentials (shampoo, olive oil, DIY laundry soap, DIY dish soap, etc.)
-The dog's spring vet appt
-Wash newborn clothes
-Pick a pediatrician
-Book a daycare (we are close!)
-Pack hospital bags
-Attend a La Leche Meeting?
-Finish drafting our birth plan
-Install the car seat
-Thank-you notes for stuff people bought us
-Pre-register with the birthing center
Random projects it would be really nice to get done:
-Clean out garage
-Clean out hall closets
-Get better at using our DSLR
-Maybe get the dog's teeth cleaned
-Do the annual spring backyard scrub-down/cleaning/mulching
-General home deep-clean
-Wash dogs
-Get haircuts
-Dinner at every nice restaurant in town we've wanted to try!
