I've been making smoothies every day lately.
I just throw whatever we have in the fridge in it.
Usually a banana, some strawberries, grapes, avocado, granola, yogurt, ice, blueberries, raspberries.. lol.

Almond milk, spinach, frozen strawberries, half a banana and a little protein powder.

whatever we have on hand, but usually:
2 kinds of fruit (usually bananas, various berries, pineapples, or melons)
frozen kale or spinach
greek yogurt
almond, coconut or flax milk
chia seeds or flax seeds

I like to switch it up! Usually there will be a protein powder of some sort, and maca. Almond milk or coconut milk and some fruit and spinach if I have it. I find a frozen banana really adds to the consistency too!

Pretty much whatever! Lol
oatmeal, flaxseed, & chia seed (I blend it first to powder it)
Berries (usually frozen mixed)
Banana (sometimes frozen, sometimes not)
Coconut milk greek yogurt (usually vanilla)
Handful of spinach
"" kale
Sometimes a half a avocado
& rice milk (vanilla)

Strawberries and bananas are my go to, but I love all fruit so I'm okay with anything!

It's not suuuper tasty, but it's pretty healthy
For dessert I love banana, frozen pineapple and 1 square of 100% cacao

- always something green (kale, spinach, romaine)
- maybe some more green (celery, mint, parsley)
- 2 fruits (banana + pear or apple usually because we have them on hand. i like that better that berries since they give a sweetness)
- protein (avocado, peanut butter, protein powder, or hemp seeds
- coconut milk or water
- chia seeds and flax seeds
healthy and yummy! well mr bee thinks it tastes ok, but i love the neutral taste. easy to drink daily.

Lately it's been banana, frozen kale or spinach (or both), frozen mixed berries, and water because that's what I always have on hand. Sometimes I'll throw in almond butter and flaxseeds. Simple!
