I like most of coworkers and the flexibility to work from home!
What do you like the most about your job/career?

Sadly this is hard for me because I haven't been the happiest lately in my position the last few months, but I have a couple great coworkers who I enjoy being with daily & of course the pay isn't bad either.

Before becoming a sahm, I liked that I was helping people and I felt like I was really making a difference in their lives. It was hard for me to quit because I knew I wouldn't have that anymore .... but now I get that from raising my lo instead

I also like my coworkers and the flexibility to WFH. It's also a low stress true 9-5 job that pays well so I really can't complain even though it isn't my 'dream' job.

there are three of us in my direct group and we are like 3 peas in a pod. i love my boss and my coworker. all the other senior level people at my firm are really smart and down-to-earth, and i like that they all have families so it seems they understand the work/life balance. i also like what i do, i find it very stimulating!

I love my kids and knowing that I'm making a difference in their lives. A lot of my students have difficult lives at home and school is their only "stable" environment.

I teach at a school where 92% of kids are living at or below the poverty line...knowing I am impacting their futures and helping them make positive decisions. I love when they are in HS and come back and visit me with great things!

I love that I work from home 90% of the time! And my boss is good times.

the flexibility !!! and fun coworkers.

flex time, low stress, great health care, 40 hours/week only, it's a 'smart' job--so i feel like i'm using my brain, they're paying for my masters, and i feel strongly about the products we make.

The flexibility. It doesn't feel like my life is devoted to work.
