I take mine off at the gym, showering, sleeping and some cooking, just depends on what I am making. Lately when I get home from the gym, I haven't been putting them back on after I shower for the night. Just put back on when I leave for work the next day.

My rings sit in a ring box when I'm home and I don't wear them to the shop on the weekends either. I'm afraid I'll hit the diamond against something, loosen the prongs, and/or lose the diamond.

I take them off to put on lotion but otherwise never. I had to take them off over the Memorial Day weekend because of swelling; however since the weather has calmed back down to "normal" I've put my wedding band back on but not my e-ring. It now lives in our gun safe and will probably be there until after LO#2 is several months old.

Had to take mine off, as my pregnancy skin is really sensitive to the metal. Normally, it's just when I'm sticking my hands in ground meat, and sometimes dough.

I'm sooo surprised at the number of people who consistently take them off or don't wear them much. wow!

I only take them off when I'm mixing raw meat(like hamburger) by hand. I hate taking them off. I was so sad that I had to take my rings off at about 17ish weeks when I was pregnant made me feel naked. Just got them both back on yesterday and I'm so excited!!
