My aunt is Poppy. Her formal name is Stephanie, my mom couldn't say her real name, so she became Poppy and it stuck. I'm a bigger fan of just naming them what you are going to call them.

I think it is cute, but my cousins (younger cousins for whom I babysat) called genitals "poppies" in their family, so that kind of ruins it for me as a name.
