Mommy for about the last 6 weeks, before that was mama which he still sometimes uses. A couple times this weekend he called me mom and it just about broke my heart. He is only 21 months.
Sometimes he calls me honey which is so cute and funny.

Mommy and Daddy, although she's always asking if she can call us by our first names, then bursting into giggles.

Mommy. We have always said Mommy & Daddy vs Mama or Dada so she never said the latter in reference to us.
I called my mom Mommy when I was little so it felt very natural & sweet

@Mrs. Jacks: I like mama better than mommy too. That's how I refer to myself. But at 2, DS already calls me mom.

Mommy, Mama, and occasionally, Mom, which broke my heart. If she wants my attention on a crowd, she will yell my first name, which she thinks is hilarious.

With DD we started out calling me Mum. (So cute) Now she calls me Mama
DS has followed her lead and calls me Mama
