DS asked me last night why daddys don't wear pajamas- I told him that some do but his daddy doesn't like them - DH sleeps in his boxers or naked.
Curious what other guys wear to bed -

Always an undershirt and boxers. We've got two girls and he prefers to stay covered around them. Our bedroom door stays open at night.

Haha my DH is the odd one out. He wears pajamas. In the summer he'll wear boxers and a tshirt.

Naked normally. Although when necessary, like when we're traveling or with other people, he'll wear pajama pants and an old tshirt.

Wow I'm also an odd one out. T-shirt and underwear along with pajama pants ALWAYS. Even when it's hot he wears pajama pants.

Usually just boxers. He adds a t-shirt if it's cold.

Nothing! In winter sometimes a shirt, but no bottoms.

DH sleeps in just boxers. Our 2.5 year old DD has started getting herself out of bed in the morning and comes in and immediately gets her dad a shirt so he is dressed to make her breakfast hahahaha.

My DH used to sleep naked, but then he started wearing just a t-shirt. I really objected to that (it looks like Winnie the Pooh), so now he wears boxer briefs, too.
