He traded in his Tacoma for a 4Runner when I was pregnant. We only have one kid and it's plenty of room while still a car he really loves. I have a smaller SUV. Its ideal for me, I don't like driving really big cars.

I sold my coupe for a sedan (leather seats, tinted windows).
DH currently has a sedan but I think he wants to upgrade to an SUV or a truck.

He drives an Audi A7. He does day care drop off and the two car seats are fine in his car for short trips. It's not super comfortable with all four of us in there, but doable. We just took it to swim lessons and to run a couple errands and it's no issue for short outings like that. I drive a Honda Pilot and that's what we take for longer trips with all four of us. I like having a big family car, and also have a nicer sedan for things like date nights. It's a good balance for us.
ETA my husband is 6'6" so if we can make it work in a sedan I think most people can. But we have the forward facing preschooler behind him.

I drive a Honda Civic, I bought it used. I'm poor.
My husband drive a black van, he bought it new; but it just a regular van.
He poor too. No SUV for him, he just bought a regular black van.
His black van is like this pic below:
He have a nephew and niece (his older sister kids). He always been driving a black van big like this; help take his niece and nephew to school, drive them around in this van.
He helps change his niece and nephews diapers when they were little, he cares for them like they his own kids. They are older now, and he still like to play with them, ride them around on his motorcycle and his van.
He not a dad yet, he been waiting waiting patiencely for me to give him a baby. He really want a baby to complete our little family.. But I'm not quite ready yet.
I do want to give him a baby. And I did promise to give him one, but just not right now.
He really understanding. He said he will wait for me till I'm ready, he will not pressure me.. He believe that have a baby should be a mutual decision where both spouses agree (without any pressure/without under any pressure whatsoever).
He 30, for a guy age 30 is still young.
I'm 31 this year already, so I'm not young anymore. I will give him one baby as I promise, but just one.
He so corny, he said he take as many baby as his wife can give him, lol
He 6'1", he tall and slim.
I'm very short, I'm 4'11" and I'm chubby.. But I'm sure me added our baby can still fit into his van, lol
I think my Honda Civic and his black van is enough for our little family--(my little poodle, me, him, and our baby).

DH still drives his truck. If we decided to have a second child, he'll trade it in for something that has at least 7 seats.

He has a Honda Ridgeline, which was the most family friendly truck he could find. His truck even has center latch, while my SUV doesn't.

DH has a truck, I think it's a mega cab, so plenty of room for LO's car seat. I have a crv, I had a Sierra before and reaaallllly miss it. I like to build craft projects and I hate that every time I want to go to lowes I have to wait for DH to be off work.

DH had a Honda Civic but bought an Audi S4 when DS was born. We mostly use it for commuting and mine for travelling with the kiddos (Subaru Outback).

A small SUV (for now). We are going to look into getting an off lease truck at the end of the year. Finding a vehicle to his 6'4" frame and two RF seats (planning on TTC for #2 when DD is 13 months) has been a challenge. Hopefully a full size truck with a crew cab will work.

He had wagon which we sold for a Camry around the time LO was born. We both shared our cars on any day of the week. Then my Lexus Suv starting having problems that only DH knew how to start consistently so he drove that for another year until it got really bad. Then I got an Infiniti SUV to replace it so he is driving a Camry again.

Same four door truck. I drive a hand me down SUV (got after the first kiddo), so I'm due for an upgrade. He would love a mini van...we are getting a larger SUV lol.

He previously had a Mazda hatchback, and now has an Infiniti sedan. I do the 99% of the kid-carting during the week, though, so his car doesn't have to be particularly family friendly. And on the weekends, we just drive my car (Honda Pilot) whenever we go somewhere as a family.

Both of us drive the same cars as before kids - small 4 door sedan for me and a 2 seater convertible for DH. Somehow we manage, and we don't plan on buying a new car until one of them breaks down beyond repair. Having no car payment is too nice of a luxury to give up and both have been very reliable.

We didn't change cars. I drove a small Honda Insight, and he drove a Jeep Compass. Now then I am expecting again and another LO on the way and having 2 car seats. We didn't have enough room for all soon to be 3 kids. So I got the Jeep and we traded my Honda in for a Truck.
