Toast, eggo waffles, toasted bread with cheese, pancakes. I also kept saltines on my bedside table and ate them all night- if I woke up to go to the bathroom and stuffed a few in my mouth the second my alarm went off.
So sorry you are feeling sick but I'm also so happy for you

I ate candied ginger chews, especially when I smelled something that turned my stomach. They were great to keep in my purse! I didn't eat the healthiest diet in my first trimester because I was SO sick. I ate clementines, tater tots, french fries, mashed potatoes, Cheez-Its, Wheat Thins, and string cheese. Also - fast food burgers with nothing on them. Just meat and a bun. When I got close to the end of morning sickness, I ate a lot of fried rice and egg drop soup. I hope the morning sickness period is brief for you!

Toast with butter, mashed potatos, apples. Feel better! I had nausea and food/smell aversions pretty bad. It will eventually go away

@illumina: same! I could eat potatoes all the time. In fact, I am having one for lunch because the nausea from #2 is just soooo bad. Ick
I also found that sour candy helps when I'm in a pinch. Especially Jolly Ranchers and Sour Patch Kids.

Fruits and iced cold water were the only things I could stomach for 4 months. Cold things made me feel better but Popsicles made me feel really sick. I carried around a frozen Smart water bottle for my entire pregnancy. Oh eating really small meals throughout the day made me feel better too after getting through the all day sickness.

Honey nut Cheerios, pretzels, ginger ale and lemonade. I tried to eat as much protein as I could but this would vary day by day.

Everything bagels with cream cheese. Freezer waffles. Cliff bars. Pretzels. Also pop! Coke and Dr. Pepper were life savers. I tried not to drink them TOO much but when nothing else was working, a can of coke was my silver bullet.

Bananas. I don't normally like them, but I have eaten at least one every day for the past two weeks. I also don't like carbs (not a big bread fan), but I certainly crave them right now. So I've been eating rye toast with butter.

So many great suggestions! Thank you everyone. I'm going to have to rotate through foods thanks to my aversions but now I have a long list of things to rotate through.

@spaniellove: just saw this now. Cold watermelon and room-temperature pineapple were go-tos for a very long time. I ate nothing but Mac and Cheese for a week, and I also had a hot dog thing there for a while. I drank a ton of smoothies, and I ate a lot of toast. Trail mix was also fabulous, because I could do it in small doses. I also loved bagels and drank a lot, lot of Coke and really weak mint tea, or tea with lemon.
Hang in there!! Eating was a huge struggle for me almost every day, but it has gotten so much better! You can do it
