I have cut carbs drastically from my diet. I also miss eating tons of fruit and drinking juice!

Green tea, since it doesn't play nice with folic acid. I can drink it by the gallon!
Also salmon- I love it, but it doesn't love me back.

Nuts. I cut out nuts since finding out that DD is allergic. Of course I also miss alcohol and raw fish now that I am pregnant but I can have those things soon enough!

@Mrs. Bee: I never even thought about looking at tea for gluten! I have a wheat allergy but I think it maybe a gluten intolerance as well. I've cut out all the wheat and I am still having problems.
With that said what I miss the most is not being able to eat regular breads, pastas, & baked good (cookies, cake, brownies). I know it is so much better for me to go w/o. I have found a GF bakery in town that produces THE BEST breads & baked goods so this has made the transition a lot easier.

@Sugar.Biscuit: agreed! Breads (ESP. Bagels), pasta and baked goods (donuts!)
I have celiac so never eating gluten again.... But if I could ever have a cheat day I would go bagel from NYC, pasta, donut, sandwich(grinder)!
Also - hidden gluten is the worst! My MIL almost got me with soup.. Soups are tough and eating out some places put flour in potatoes and even eggs! And of course soy sauce makes it into tons of meat marinades
