DH said last night that he would have another like now if he knew we would have another girl. He really like the Daddy's girl stuff! I honestly don't care boy or girl for next time since we have one girl already. Although it would be much cheaper to have another girl.

I'm having a second boy so I would like my third to be a girl if I had to choose. I'm mind of glad to have two boys back to back. But a healthy baby is most important! If I'm meant to be a mom the 3 boys, then so be it.

I used to think people who said, "We just want a healthy baby," were big, fat liars, and if I pressed them enough, they would confess the truth.
Now that we've been trying for awhile with no luck, I can say that we really just want a healthy baby and really mean it!

I don't really care... A girl would be great so I could give dd a sister (I can't imagine life without my sisters!!) but I know dh would love a boy and I think it would be fun too!

I think I would want another boy! My mom really, really, really wants me to have a girl. I doubt we will have another though.

I go back and forth on what I want. I really just want to be KU like right now. I do have a boy name I love picked out and hope I get to use it one day...

@Happygal: I think if pressed, most people probably do have a preference before they find out. But ultimately hearing that the baby is healthy supersedes all other feelings. For me, I was disappointed for about 30 seconds when I realized I was having another boy. But then joy took over and all I could picture was two little boys running around.

DH said he would want another girl if she is as easy and sweet just like DD. Boy or girl, 2 is our magic number!

I dont' have any preference, DH would like a boy (we are 95% sure we are done after 2) but I would be happy with a boy or another girl. Selfishly I kind of want another girl soley beause I want to use our other girl name

I always thought DH would only want boys but now that we have one, he has his heart set on a girl next. I'm honestly fine with either.

@Happygal: @Mamasig: I think some people have a strong preference, some people have something they can picture or think they might be having. For some reason I thought I was having one and found out we were having the other...I can tell you the moment I got over the total surprise I was crying tears of joy lying there on the table!

Hmmm, I mostly want #2 to be a girl (find out on Friday!!!). I want all girls though, but I think DH would be a little sad if he never got a son so I would be totally fine with a boy.

DH really wants a son and we are only having two, so for his sake, I say boy (we already have our girl). But, I love my sisters so much and would love for C to have a great sister relationship, so if we had another girl, I'd be happy with that too.
So, for my own sake I truly don't care, but for DH's sake, I say boy.
@Happygal: I really didn't care with our first-- I saw the good sides of boy or girl, happy with either, but always really thought it was a boy (we were team green). Then I had my daughter and immediately felt like, Of COURSE I always wanted a daughter!! I'm guessing I would have felt the same if it was a boy.

We have a boy and I'm pregnant with a girl. If we have a third, I think it'd be fun to have another boy!

We have a girl & I absolutely in love with our boy name & DH wants a boy so I hope we have a boy but, I want 3 kids so really it's going to be uneven for someone if we end up having a boy. I can't imagine having 3 girls though....especially during the teen years! That would be an adventure!

I have one of each and feel so lucky since that is what we wanted. We are definitely done, but if we did have a hypothetical 3rd, I don't think I would care, they are both so wonderful.

I don't really care. DH would really like a boy so that we would have one of each. I can see the benefits either way - I'd love to have one of each, but I'd also really like to reuse all of DD's adorable clothes!

i've wanted a girl my whole life and i got a boy the first time! so i am still rooting for a girl the second time. although since having a boy i don't think i will be so disappointed about having another if that happens.

I really would love either one for the next one. I think I'd slightly prefer to have a boy for our third but it's a super slight preference!

Girl so we'd have one of each, but I absolutely am loving being a boy mommy right now. Fits right in with my tom boy/laid backness. hA!

We have one of each, and don't plan on having any more. I do think about life with 3 kids sometimes though, and I go back and forth as to what if want the 3rd to be. Some days it's a boy, some days it's a girl. Today, I'd love for G to have a brother

Another girl. I'd love to have two girls and then a boy. DH used to want only girls but he's starting to warm up to the idea of a son.

I'd be totally fine with either. I would love a another girl so we could re-use everything and it would be easier planning wise, but I would also love a little boy because well, I've never had one!

Not sure if we'll go for a 2nd, but since #1 is a boy, I'd like a girl for #2. We're going to wait and see how parenthood works for us before making any decisions though
