I had the nastiest craving for a Slim Jim yesterday so I found one at Target and it made me so happy!
What is the grossest thing you have craved during your pregnancy?

Nothing really gross, but I really wanted carrots with peanut butter the other day. I decided to have carrots and then peanut butter instead of eating them together though.

This isn't incredibly gross, but I'm a vegetarian and I have been craving sloppy joes lately (so odd, haven't had them in probably 5 years).

Spaghetti-O's. I craved them several times when I was pregnant. I haven't touched them since I had LO.

Not really gross but tater tots for dinner. Nothing else just tater tots.

I haven't really had cravings for "gross" foods yet...I am really craving raw oysters, which obviously i can't eat. And I had a bowl of kale sauteed with bacon and balsamic vinegar for dinner last night. That's it. (Mostly) healthy, but who does that? I know vegetarians who don't like kale.

@Alivoo01: me too but I have never just had those for dinner. Thankfully that phase seems to have passed on.

There were a few days where I had a ketchup and mayonnaise sandwich for lunch with nothing else on it. I still don't think it really sounds super gross but it's weird and not healthy.

@boiledpnut: OMG i regularly eat carrots and peanut butter when I'm not pregnant Better than celery and peanut butter!
I just want trash all the time. I just ate the world's biggest cookie and i feel terrible.. i wasn't even craving it, someone gave it to me and i ate it. Blergh.

Anything fried. It's really sad. I don't want healthy. I can't stand fruit/veggies or your normal bland foods. I'm ready to vomit those. Give me chicken McNuggets and taco johns potato oles and I am sitting pretty.

Beef salami. I don't think it's gross, but my main cravings were that and peanut butter milkshakes, so that would win as the grossest.

This is almost embarrassing - I had a craving one day for Vienna sausages from a can - wtf?!?! I didn't indulge. I don't even know what made me think if them or want them... I think I had them as a kid... So weird! Do they even sell those still?? Haha

@LazyLightning: We just moved from Minnesota to South Carolina and I totally miss Taco John's sometimes. I love their chips and queso!
@hellobeeboston: They do. I've known a few people that eat them and they're always gross to me.

The sheer amount of junk food that I've craved -- and eaten -- alone is pretty gross.

I've craved mostly sweets, so nothing gross. But nothing healthy either, unfortunately. Right now I'm dying for a Taco Bell taco, but I'm trying to resist.

I ate wayyyy too much Taco Bell! I was addicted to their quesadilla sauce. YUM.

Mc Donald's. I had it once and promptly threw it up and was forever more done with that craving!

@JoJoGirl: Man, I knew I should have just eaten it. DH was freaking out because he thought it was so gross.

@mandb36: Aww man, if you're in Columbia, please go have some Rush's or Zesto for me!

@boiledpnut: I actually live in the Charlotte metro now. I think I put South Carolina because that's where we're from and we lived in Columbia for a few years!

I mostly had aversions, not really cravings, but I did want to put taco bell mild sauce and A1 steak sauce on everything. I even contemplated putting the A1 on ice cream. I resisted, but gross for even thinking about it!

McDonald's quarter pounder with cheese. I gave in once, a couple months ago. Not gonna lie, it was delicious. The craving subsided for awhile, but now it's back! Husband and I are vegetarians, and it grosses him out so much. Must resist...
