I am finally getting blinds in my kitchen. I've had Aden & Anais blankets covering the window for 11 months!
Next up is living room furniture!

We just replaced our heating and cooling units in one zone today, which turned out to be just in time because they mentioned the heating unit had a big crack we didn't know about. Next is replacing carpet in the bedrooms with hardwood in a few weeks!

Hopefully a closet organizer! Our current one is falling apart. Although, we've had the new closet organizer for a few weeks and it's still leaning up against our closet.....

DH is working on repainting our guest bath, then we are upgrading the hardware and mirror when he finishes painting

We don't own but we are moving OUT of our rental soon. Pretty much EVERYTHING in this place needs to be redone. Like, the water has rust in it, kitchen cabinets won't stay closed (old!), floors are creaky, etc etc. Can't wait to be out of here!

Hard wood floors! Or laminate, anything to get rid of the carpet! Yay for next year! At least that's our goal

New windows in the front. Oh joy. Then hopefully a master bath Reno. I've had the sink sitting in my garage for a year.

A new tree or two for the backyard. The new neighbors took down a mature red maple and it's so bare.

@autumnlove: Bahahaha I can't seem to find window coverings I love enough to spend the money on. Sigh.
Our next big project after the fireplace hearth and kitchen back splash goes in will be a fence around our property. Screw you neighbors! Then a fire pit in the fall.

We were going to do our backyard this summer. But after getting some quotes it is going to cost way more $$$$ then I want to spend in our backyard to make it level.
So now I think we are going to replace our french doors to the deck. And repair the deck, once we get rid of the sunken hot tub and restain.

We are turning our spare bedroom into a nursery! I love getting the chance to redo a room because our whole house was beige when we moved in!

Our master bathroom. OMG! I'm dying to update it, but it's going to cost like 10k so yea... Need to save up for it. We're still rocking the 80's marble with the seashell shaped sinks.

We've got a few projects to tackle this Spring so that we can put the house on the market - tearing out the fence and repainting the siding are at the top of the list. After that, we MAY attempt to paint the kitchen cabinets to give them an update.

We are converting to natural gas and updating the small upstairs bathroom. Nothing too exciting but it sure will be expensive!
